Which in principle at Rainbow is not any different, except that our people stayed to built what we’ve started. Some of them spent over a decade or even twenty or thirty years growing alongside Alberto Aiani. Not because they had to, but because they wanted to.
Together they carry something that cannot be taught in training programmes or written into company manuals. It is experience, pride, family values, honour and an extraordinary love for their craft.
The Italian word ‘Famiglia’ describes more than relatives. It describes the people who stand beside you throughout life. People who celebrate together, overcome challenges together and never hesitate to help one another when needed.
That spirit lives inside Rainbow every single day. New colleagues are therefore properly welcomed, instead of simply introduced. Knowledge is shared generously because experience is something to be passed on, never protected.
Success belongs to everyone. So do the challenges. Perhaps that is why so many people spend an entire career here. Because they never felt they were working for a company. They feel they belong to one.
